Что предстоит делать
We are an international startup seeking a JTBD specialist from India to join our fully distributed team. The role focuses on conducting in-depth user interviews in English, applying the JTBD framework to uncover user needs, pains, and motivations, and translating these insights into clear product hypotheses and recommendations. You will build the research process from scratch, working closely with founders and product managers to shape the product roadmap. - 1–4 years in UX/product research (qualitative focus)
