Что предстоит делать
We are looking for a hands‑on Chief Operating Officer (COO) with deep expertise in blockchain products and technology‑driven businesses. The role bridges Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive efficiency and growth without bloating headcount. Key responsibilities include leading Product Ops, RevOps, Operational Excellence & Support; translating tech/product decisions into scalable operational processes; managing and developing cross‑functional teams (50+ scope); and driving automation, efficiency, and measurable business results.
