Что предстоит делать
We’re hiring a Lead Data Scientist to drive data-driven decisions for our consumer mobile products. The role involves building and optimizing advertising monetization and revenue models, developing recommendation, personalization, and ranking systems, and leading a team of data scientists. You’ll work with large-scale behavioral datasets, apply advanced machine learning and predictive modeling techniques, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver insights that directly impact user engagement and revenue. The position is hybrid, based in Warsaw with occasional travel to Limassol.

Что мы ждём от кандидата
- 5+ years of Data Science experience, ideally in consumer mobile products
- Strong background in advertising monetization, revenue optimization, or ad analytics
- Experience with recommendation, personalization, or ranking systems
- Advanced Python and SQL skills
- Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, forecasting, and applied statistics
- Experience working with large-scale behavioral datasets
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience within Data Science teams
- Native Russian speaker
