Marketing Manager

Velmie – a B2B fintech company with around 60 employees, providing platform and tech services for banks, fintechs, payment providers and regulated financial institutions. The role of Marketing Manager focuses on owning the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for our fintech products. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Customer Success, translating complex fintech technology into clear business value. Key responsibilities include developing positioning and messaging, conducting customer and market intelligence (ICPs, personas, win/loss), competitive intelligence and battlecards, driving go-to-market and product launches, creating sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, demo scripts, case studies), producing product content and customer stories, supporting pricing and packaging, and driving product adoption and cross‑sell/upsell. The role requires a deep understanding of B2B SaaS or enterprise products, fintech, banking tech or payments background, startup/scale‑up experience, and comfort with APIs, integrations, SaaS/cloud, KYC/AML and payment flows. Excellent written English and presentation skills, as well as a commercial mindset (pipeline, win rates, revenue), are essential. The position is full‑time, remote, with a gross salary of $4,000 per month. We offer real ownership, direct work with leadership, and a significant impact on how we bring our technology to market.
