Full-cycle Recruiter (Remote) | IT & Digital Marketing – responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for IT and Digital Marketing roles, from receiving hiring requests and defining candidate profiles to offer management and onboarding support. The role involves gathering hiring requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, DOU, Djinni, job boards and alternative channels, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interview stages, managing offers, communicating with candidates, and supporting onboarding. The recruiter maintains ATS/CRM systems, prepares recruitment reports, and works closely with hiring managers and clients. - 6+ months in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting IT or Digital Marketing specialists
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search
- English level B1+ (written communication and reading)
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
