TechOps SAAS Engineer (Middle+)
Что предстоит делать
We are a remote FinTech SaaS company seeking a TechOps SAAS Engineer with a strong background in SRE and AI‑driven support. In this role you will be the first line of defense for our customers, resolving technical issues via Helpdesk and Slack, performing root‑cause analysis using Grafana and Datadog, and building proactive monitoring dashboards. You will also develop Python scripts to automate routine tasks and bulk operations, and leverage large‑language models such as Claude, Cursor, and ChatGPT to accelerate troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in TechOps or Technical Support within FinTech, Forex or Crypto, is fluent in English (C1+), and is comfortable working in a remote environment that prefers GMT+5 to GMT+8 time zones.

- Strong daily experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Hands‑on with Grafana/Datadog (building dashboards & alerts)
- Python scripting + solid understanding of distributed systems
- 2+ years in TechOps/Technical Support (FinTech/Forex/Crypto is a plus)
- Excellent English (C1+)
