Что предстоит делать

Pan‑Baltic and Scandinavian banking client seeks two Senior QA / Test Automation Consultants to strengthen its Payments Baltic teams. The role focuses on backend‑centric testing, with a strong emphasis on payment flows, processes and end‑to‑end payment testing. Candidates will work on functional, regression, manual, automated and backend testing, leveraging Java and Selenium for automation. The consultant will own QA activities, mentor team members, collaborate with developers, analysts and business stakeholders, and drive quality across complex banking payment systems. The position is full‑time, long‑term, located in the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia).

Что мы ждём от кандидата

7–10+ years of relevant QA / testing experience, preferably in senior consultant roles.
Strong practical Payments domain experience within banking – this is an absolute must‑have.
Very deep understanding of payment flows, payment processes and end‑to‑end payment testing.
Strong hands‑on experience across functional testing, regression testing, manual testing, automated testing, backend testing.
Practical Java knowledge – must have.
Selenium automation testing experience – must have.
Strong experience testing complex backend systems and integrations.
Experience in UI testing is considered an advantage.
