Chief Product Officer (CPO)

AskCraft is a startup focused on launching a product line in the international market, offering bloggers paid research of their audience and collaborating with them to create educational programs, apps, and other products for their subscribers. We are looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to become the first head of this direction. The CPO will work directly with the CEO, shape product strategy, negotiate with international bloggers, validate the value of our offer, and build a product team that includes JTBD researchers. Responsibilities include organizing and overseeing audience interviews, analyzing the materials, preparing conclusions, and finding and launching new products based on research. The role requires experience independently conducting interviews and analysis, confident English for negotiations, and willingness to dedicate 4–5+ hours per day at the start. Part‑time work is possible initially. Compensation is a percentage of paid orders for the direction, with no fixed salary; personal income in the current services model can reach up to 7,500 USD/month and higher through new products. The terms and conditions will be agreed separately. If you are passionate about product development, research, and building teams, we would love to hear from you.
