Что предстоит делать
We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our remote team and work on an international product targeting the US market. The role is performed under a B2B contract with a competitive compensation package and offers opportunities for professional growth within the project. You will learn the product and customer support processes, handle cases, coordinate with internal teams, identify and organize frequently asked questions, and maintain spreadsheets, prepare internal reports, and keep data up to date. The work format is fully remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule and available shifts (Morning: 05:00–14:00, Day: 03:00–22:00, Night: 21:00–06:00).
Требования
Что мы ждём от кандидата
- English proficiency: C1-C2
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and independence
