Business Analyst – Hotel Management System (HMS)
Что предстоит делать
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help design and develop the business logic and structure of a Hotel Management System (HMS). The role involves designing business processes, workflows, and system requirements for an HMS platform, collaborating with developers and stakeholders, analyzing hotel operations and translating business needs into software solutions, and developing clear functional specifications and documentation. The position is fully remote, full-time (Monday–Friday, EST business hours), and contract-based employment. The rate is $8–10 per hour. Candidates based in Russia are not considered. The role offers an international, English-speaking environment with negotiable holidays and days off.
Что мы ждём от кандидата
- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations: reservations, front desk, housekeeping, billing, reporting, etc.
- Experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
