Business Analyst
Что предстоит делать
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help design and develop the business logic and structure of a Hotel Management System (HMS). The role is fully remote and paid at a rate of $8–10 per hour. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to design business processes, workflows, and system requirements, analyze business operations, and translate requirements into software solutions. Your responsibilities include developing clear functional specifications and documentation, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation. The position is contract‑based, full‑time (Monday–Friday, EST business hours), and offers flexible holidays and days off. Candidates based in Russia are not considered. The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development, strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and excellent English communication skills. Experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS) or hospitality‑related software is a plus, as is an understanding of hotel operations and business processes.
