Business Analyst
Что предстоит делать
We’re hiring a Business Analyst to help design and develop the business logic and structure of a Hotel Management System (HMS). The role is fully remote, full‑time (Monday–Friday, EST business hours) and contract‑based. Compensation is $8–10 per hour. The analyst will work closely with developers and stakeholders to design business processes, workflows, and system requirements, analyze business operations, translate requirements into software solutions, and develop clear functional specifications and documentation. The position requires strong English communication skills, independent work ability, and experience collaborating with international teams. Candidates based in Russia are not considered. The role offers a flexible, international, English‑speaking environment with negotiable holidays and days off.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development
- Strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
- Experience working with technical teams and stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams
- Experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS) or hospitality‑related software (nice to have)
- Understanding of hotel operations and business processes (nice to have)
