We’re hiring a Business Analyst to design and develop the business logic and structure of a Hotel Management System (HMS). The role is fully remote, full‑time, and paid at $8–10 per hour. Responsibilities include designing business processes, workflows, and system requirements; collaborating with developers and stakeholders; analyzing business operations and translating requirements into software solutions; and developing clear functional specifications and documentation. Requirements include proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development, strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), experience working with technical teams and stakeholders, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams. Nice to have: experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS) or hospitality‑related software and understanding of hotel operations and business processes. Working conditions: rate $8–10/hour, fully remote, full‑time Monday–Friday EST business hours, contract‑based employment, holidays and days off negotiable, international English‑speaking environment. Candidates currently based in Russia are not considered.
