• Advanced proficiency in English, with Russian as a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in technical support or client-facing roles, particularly within the IT or marketing sectors
• Strong expertise in API management, Postman, and system integrations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently to resolve complex issues
• Strong communication skills to effectively bridge clients and technical teams
• A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with evolving technologies
